iTech Plast India PVT LTD is located on the western cost of India with access to more than 3 ports within a 250 km radius. Our Expertise is in manufacturing of thermo plastic injection moulded parts in a variety of sizes for a wide array of applications.
iTech Plast started as a Joint Venture with Meccania RPC SRL of Italy; who have been in the industry for more than 60 years. Today, with the knowledge gained coupled with the latest injection moulding machines from Engel- Austria, Ferromatik Milacron, Toshiba
and Arburg, iTech Plast is the most Modern company in its field of business on its own. iTech Plast has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality system by TUV Germany, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004.
A combination of High Technology and Low labour costs makes iTech Plast a globally competitive company. The manufacturing plant runs 24/7 for fast and reliable service; this also speeds up the amortization process, which results in a cheaper product cost
for our customers. With 500 employees working towards consistent production, we have the capacity to manufacture 150 Million Parts and 500 Million pieces annually.
All Our Products are RoHS compliant and all necessary certifications are provided to our customers.
We use the latest tie-bar less plastic injection moulding machines from Engel- Austria, Ferromatik Milacron, Toshiba and Arburg. These machines can accommodate much larger molds compared to equivalent sized machines from other manufactures. Since these machines are closed loop, there is an increase in mould life by at least 50%. The machine size varies from 50Tons(498.2kN) to 150Tons (1494.6kN).
At iTech Plast we also mould 2K components with rotary injection moulding technology
with the most modern and up-to-date techniques. Some of our 2K moulds are of
16 cavities.
We operate with a combination of Engel and Ferromatic Machines; the use of injecto-precision bimetallic screwsaids us in manufacturing glass filled components up to 40%. Some of the most modern ancillary equipment like mold temperature controllers with controlling capabilityof +/-1˚C and automatic colour dosing systems are put to use to obtain a consistent and reliable quality.
The use of customized Robots for pick and place immediately post moulding is a recommended practice. The robots are integral in maintaining a controlled and well automated material management system as well. visual inspection for cosmetic abnormalities like flashes or deformations. Checking for contaminations from foreign particles.
The Latest measuring instruments and Gauges with accuracy of 1Micron, calibrated at regular intervals by NABL accreditedLabs, are part of our online quality control program. The quality systems ensure the acceptable level of quality right from the first stage of manufacturing.
We are working towards 6Σ (Six Sigma) certification goal. The Statistical Process Control in place reduces process variation and helps us to achieve a CPK of above 1.33; which exhibits our control over the quality and process

Assembly: The assembly of small parts are done so in a dust free, climate controlled
environment within a class 10,000 clean room to prevent the slightest of
contamination possible from foreign particles present in the surrounding
environment.

and rapid plasticisation.
